Dear Leigh and Renee, We cannot tell you how much we love you and the staff at The Crate Escape. Your love of dogs, and animals, is amazing and we absolutely trust you without hesitation with the care of our two most cherished possessions. Leigh and Renee, you are two of the most generous, kindhearted and caring people we know. We could not have made it through last year without your kindness and good wishes. Igloo and Tundra absolutely love going to doggie daycare and know when it's Wednesday. They are up at the crack of dawn, waking us up and standing by the door to the garage ready to go. By the time I pick them up they are exhausted from their day of play. I tell everyone I know about your facility and can't recommend you enough. August 15, 2007 We were sent to you by our vet Dr. Sam with rave reviews. I wish everyone loved animals as much you guys. Our Eli just loves his Mondays with all his new friends at the Crate Escape. He comes home so peacefully plum tuckered out. The ride there on Mondays is great, he gets so excited and when we pull up he can hardly wait for me to open the door to let him out. 01/07 Leigh & Renee, Can I tell you all how delighted Shelley and I are to have found “The Crate Escape?! Your staff has made big fans of us, due in large part, to the way Roscoe reacts about your facility. He’s totally “geeked” from the time we leave the house until we pull into your parking lot. He explodes from our car, and drags either my wife or me through your front door. I almost feel dejected that he doesn’t look this much forward to seeing us. When he gets home, he’s absolutely wiped out, and sleeps long, full nights. Your staff is friendly, concerned, and professional. All the while, you keep reasonable prices for your services. Boarding Roscoe during the holidays was seamless, as well. My wife and I are convinced, Roscoe couldn’t get by without your store, and we wouldn’t consider leaving him elsewhere. 11/7/06 Dear Leigh, Renee and Crate Escape Staff – I have been meaning to write this note for some time now – it is long overdue…My husband and I cannot even begin to express how much we appreciate all of you! Champ is always so excited and delighted to see your smiling faces every week. As soon as we pull into the Crate Escape parking lot she begins to breathe loud and heavy, she can barely contain herself! It’s so comforting to know that my baby is in “good hands” all day while my husband and I are at work. It’s hard to imagine the amount of work it takes to run a successful doggie daycare business. I want you all to know how pleased I am to see just how “upbeat” you all are once I come to pick Champ up at close. On Fridays you are always still playing with Champ once I get there from the train station, that just shows how much you love dogs! Hello, I just had to send you a quick e-mail and let you know how much I really love your facility and your staff, I never am insecure about leaving Sampson with you guys. I was considering taking him to ******** [a different dog care facility} for overnight boarding but after going there and seeing the facility and how the staff interacted with him, I just knew that they couldn't top the Crate Escape. Therefore, I will continue bringing him so that he can enjoy just being a dog and have a staff that truly cares about him and enjoys working with him. I just basically want to say thank you for ALL that you guys have done. He is SOOO happy whenever he is there and I can just go about my day until I have to pick him up without any worrying whatsoever! Thank you again for everything, I am so happy to of found you guys!! Hello Leigh and Renee, Magical is what the updated photos are! The expression on each face is wondrous. We are once again reminded of how blessed we are that there is a place where our best friends can go and have the freedom to run, rough-house, make as much noise as they want, and (perhaps most importantly) express themselves in whatever creative way they want. Sure beats the old days. Since coming to The Crate Escape, Blizz has developed confidence, is gregarious, accepting, and has a heart full love which she shares with everyone. We've also discovered that Blizz follows instructions much faster and with no fuss since coming to The Crate Escape. "Come" was a command she hardly ever understood. Now, say it once - and she’s right by your side. Thank you, both, for giving so much of yourselves. Renee, Really enjoy the photo gallery. Thanks for taking the photos and for posting them. Blizz looks sooooooo happy! No wonder she loves you and Leigh so much. Guess that old saying is true -- Happiness is Love and Love is Happiness. Blizz has, now, been coming to your exceptional day care facility long enough to know her "schedule". On the days she gets to come, Blizz gets up early, wants her morning walk to be shorter, "pushes" us to get dressed (if we dawdle, she tells us to get a move on ~ "whoo whaa whoo"), stays in the bathroom with us until we are "ready", willingly has her grooming done (in the words of Liza Doolittle - "I washed my face and hands before comin', I did."), excitedly jumps into the vehicle and talks (more than likely telling us to hurry up) all the way to The Crate Escape. Don't know if you have seen her once we arrive, but she runs to your door. Just can't wait to see you, Leigh and all her friends. I just wanted to let you know that I love your site, your name, your facility! I'm a federal worker by day, and a dog trainer by night who is in the infancy of planning my "next career" - a doggie daycare and dog training facility. I've been out there just looking to see what others do and how they do it. Your site is great - I love all the pictures. Your love of dogs comes through loud and clear. Hello ! Just wanted to let you know that Luke and Lily had a blast-Lily usually wakes me up several times during the night to go out and last night she only got me up once-she was tuckered out! Luke has been to 3 other daycare facilities in the area and The Crate Escape is top notch! I especially love the matted area for safe play. When he visited another daycare that doesn't have mats, I found he didn't come home tired, as I think there was a lot less running and playing. It is evident that both of you love animals and I am SO GLAD that you opened your daycare so close to the train station. It couldn't be more convenient for city commuters like me! Thanks again. Dear Leigh and Renee, I can't thank you enough for opening your business, The Crate Escape. Being an "at-home-mom", I thought I would be able to provide enough activity for my puppy to keep him happy. Since I brought him home, I've learned differently. No matter how much time I would spend with him or how we played, I was still a human, and could not provide all he needed. Dogs play with other dogs in a way that a person can not duplicate. It teaches the kind or socialization that all dogs should have. I'm so glad that we found you while he's still young enough to benefit from all the social skills that can only be learned by playing with other dogs, in a safe and controlled environment. Dog parks are not regulated for illness or aggressiveness. (As I'm sure you know.) I thought I knew dogs better than the average owner. Well, you can "teach an old dog new tricks." This old dog (me) has learned that you have exactly what my puppy Jax needs. Something I can not provide on my own. Thank you, Thank you!!! I wish you continued success in your business.
