1. Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from The Crate Escape containing pet report card updates, day camp and boarding summaries, and related pet care notifications for your dog(s). The Crate Escape does not send promotional or marketing SMS messages under this program.

2. Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile number and indicating your consent, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from The Crate Escape. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive at most one message on each day your dog is checked in for daycare or boarding, when a report card is ready.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on any fees that may apply to SMS messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may opt back in at any time by replying START to any message, or by updating your preference in your online customer portal account.

7. Privacy

Your mobile number will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It will only be used to send you the messages described in this program.

8. Supported Carriers

Most major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier availability may vary.

9. Liability

The Crate Escape is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you opt in to SMS notifications, we will use your mobile number solely to send you pet care updates and report cards related to your dog's daycare or boarding stay at The Crate Escape. We will never share, sell, or disclose your mobile number to any third parties under any circumstances. Message frequency is at most once per day on days your dog is staying with us. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information — including your mobile number — with any third parties for any reason, including marketing. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as messaging platforms) under strict confidentiality agreements, and only as necessary to deliver our services.
